About Hotel North Park
The Company presently owns a 3-star hotel named ‘Hotel North Park’ in Sector 32, Panchkula on an area of 3.95 acres which is presently managed and operated by its own. This hotel is approved by Ministry of Tourism. It provides following facilities :
- 30 Air-conditions well furnished rooms
- Health Club (includes Steam Sauna, Gymnasium, Squash Coat, Swimming Pool and Sliming Centre)
- Theme Bar Mexico City – 40 Covers
- 24 hour Coffee Shop – 50 Covers
- Multi-cuisine Restaurant – 80 Covers
- Banquet hall which has the capacity to hold 250 people
- Out door banquet faculty which has the capacity to hold 1500 people
Expansion Plan for Hotel North Park
Hotel North Park was initially designed for 100 rooms but there are only 30 rooms built at present. As a part of the Expansion phase, the remaining 70 rooms are proposed to be constructed now apart from 3 Ball Rooms and Meeting Rooms at a cost of Rs. 2000 lacs. The company is also having an additional expansion plan to construct a new tower in Hotel North Park with 100 rooms and 80 service apartments apart from a 15000 Sq. ft. Conference Hall, Lobby & Lounge at a project cost amounting to Rs. 5382 lacs.
