Polo Hotels Limited was originally incorporated in the year 1984, under the name of Pohlo Estates Hotels and Investments Private Limited with the main object of setting and running of Hotels & Restaurants. It was converted into a public limited company and the name was also changed to Polo Hotels Limited in 1989. The company set up a three star resort in sector 32 and it became operational in 1994. The registered office of the company is situated at Hotel North Park, Village Chowki, Sec-32, Panchkula, Haryana and the corporate office at 67, Industrial Area, Panchkula, Haryana. The equity shares of the Company are listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) apart from the Regional Exchanges.

Polo Hotels LTD Upcoming Projects

In 1998 the company was taken over by Shri A.R. Dahiya, Amardeep Singh Dahiya and Associates. After that many new projects have been proposed by its ambitious directors. Some of them are under construction, under approval or under design stage. This continued progress is the result of our staying true to our Vision, Mission, and Values.

The company is having a total of 16 acres of land in sector 32 of Panchkula. The present resort, North Park, is running on 4 acres. Now the New Hotel of 104 Keys (140 Bays) is planned to be constructed on an area of 1.6 acres.The construction work has been begun in January 2013 and the hotel should open in 2nd half of 2015. Two brands namely Radisson and Holiday Inn have approved and are keen on managing and branding the hotel. Also the company is about to receive the permission for setting up a hospital in 3.2 acres of land. The balance land should be utilized for IT and Commercial offices, given the excellent locations this shall become commercial hub in itself.

North Park Existing & Expansion

Company is already in possession of a 3 star hotel named ‘North Park’ which is giving a handsome revenue to the company through its lease income. The company is also planning to renovate it and expand it to a 200 room hotel.

New Hotel

Polo Hotels Limited is coming up with a 4 star hotel on an area of 1.6 acres. The civil work has already been completed. Two renowned hotel operators ‘Holiday Inn’ and ‘Radisson’ has already shown their interest in operating the hotel. Hotel will be operational by April 2015


Company is also coming up with a 185 bedded multi-specialty hospital on 3.2 acres in a proposed collaboration with Indo-American Hospital Management. Documents/drawings has already been submitted with concerned government authorities for approval.

IT Building

Sector 32 of Panchkula has been declared as Technology park phase II by authorities. So keeping this in mind company has also proposed to construct an IT building on adjoining 5.78 acres.
